dishnet Card swap

Hi,
Just a totaly newbie question again.
I just got a rom 3 system for dishnet. I was hearing rumours from friends that dishnet is in the process of their own card swapout or phase out.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a card swap or phase out in process and which version of rom card it is. Should i be getting a rom 10 or 11????

Phase out yes. Most new receivers from charlie don't have a card at all.

Swapout maybe but hasen't been more than a rumor so far.

Is this something that is gonna be years down the road. I guess what I am asking is "Is the Rom 3 gonna be around for at least another 6 months" I know ya can't answer for certain but just your best guesses.
