I've been told, (and don't beleive shit anymore until I see it) that Charlie and Dave are together on this one.

I forgot to add that this person told me the reason for, (or at least one of the reasons for the new satellite) is to block out Canada completely from receiving either Dave or Charlie. That even if Canadians wanted to sub., they couldn't.
