I'm looking for a simple on/off device that uses the RG6 cable. I have the cable junction box in my backyard that the neighbors around hook into for cable. i hooked mine up but want a way to disconnect the cable outside incase the installers check that box. Thinking about putting this deviceright before it comes into the house so then i could switch it off so if a installer checks then it would look that the signal stops before going into the house. I thought about a game device switch. Kinda like this switch:

Using that i could switch it to GAME to turn off the cable going into the house and then back to TV for access. what do you think?
