Windows XP

I need to know if extreme HU will run using windows XP. If anyone knows the answer please let me know.

Ok still having trouble getting extreme Hu to run it says I need a file called VBruntime and when I get the file it says not enough memory. But I have plenty of memory. Has anyone ever had this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
