Dish Pointing

In my area i have to point the dish to 245 degrees. It looks like i have an open area, but there are lots of trees. this is the only location i can try.

but, i have read that i should not have my card (married) in until i am ready to test. how can i be sure i have a good line of site before i buy equipment?
