How to unlock a Rom10 rev21?

No. Not unless you have a U-bomb. You can send out to a dealer (or anyone with a U-bomb) to unlock.

No - not unless you have the U-BOMB software and specific hardware needed to use it.

You can send out the card and have it unlocked at a reasonable price - around $10 per card plus S&H. If you want the email address of someone here in the states who I consider very reliable, send me a PM and I'll give you the necessary email address.

Rom 10 A21 stream locked unlocking can be done by sending these packets in sequence u can use viagra, Nagraedit 4.1, or a winexplorer script or any program that allows u to send packets directly to the card if it didnt work from first time repeat will do i take no credit good luck

Havent use it yet but, there is a winex script that will unlock a21 but will mark the card.

doesnt mark the card if your card is not marked yet, tested on a couple and many already tested theirs, the script is the same just repeates same, i found that sending the packets one time unlocks the cam, though i did twice on a card i tried many things on and managed to unlock it, so9 either or will do, i used a standard iso , i cannot comment if using unloopers and so will not mark the card

find dish_A21_unlocker.zip. Use with winexplorer and Iso programmer W/3.68XTAL and you are in business. and doesn't mark the card.
