I have a dish 2800/3700 that I converted to bev it has the same software version and all, but when I hooked it up to the bev sat signal it takes approx. 30-45 min. for me to get the signal. If I REFLASH WITH THE DISH IMAGE IT AND PUT TO DISH SIGNAL IT FINDS SAT SIGNAL WITHIN A FEW MINUTES USUALLY 1 OR 2.
THE RECEIVER IMAGE READ FROM REC PRIOR TO RE-FLASHING WAS:
2800-15AB-CSCA-11R-796P
after reflashing to bev:
2700-15AB-CSCA-10G-E451
I've also tried reflashing with a virgin image and still the same result here i the virgin image
2800-15AB-CSCA-10R-082P
What am I missing? I use the same card in a 301 or 501 or an actual 2700 with the slot(not the door) and the sat signal is aquired in a minute or 2. But with these converted 2800/3700 it takes forever. I've tried this with 2 different receivers i have and same result.
ANY1 have any Ideas? IT's Driving ME Nuts!!!!
