There freeware files to unlock ur locked card but personally I haven't had any luck unlocking a rom10 as for a looped rom10 its f*k for good. The detonator can flashed with unlooper 2 ISO then bend out pin1 of the Atmel 2313. Remember that the crystal must be changed to the correct Dish frequency.
