ISO Mikobu Programmer ???

Hello im totally new to dish and planning to buy a ISO programmer, I have looked on several sites and seen the ISO MIKOBU, I have this device for Dave and works great. Can someone please tell me if is device works as great as the one for dave if not which is the best ISO programmer out there and what trusted site can I buy from.

As long as it is 3.68 mhz all cool. can also take old h card loders and swap the 3.57 to a 3.68 mhx crystal and use those again too.
