Can this receiver be used? What hardware - software do I need to purchase?

If you have the original card for it you will need to get the boxkeys off of the card, otherwise the ird is pretty much landfill.
You will be stuck with JY repairs and should prob put in one of milli's digital locks. It will be ok then.
