Convert 4900 back to dish

I have a 4900 reciever that I bought and it was already switched to Bev. I would like to switch it back to Dish. The guy I bought it from told me this would be easy to do. Unfortunately I can't get a hold of him. I have all the nessacary things to work on it (iso programmer, quad jtag) I am a newbie in this area but would like to learn how to switch this back to dish.

Get a dish setup aimed at sat 119.
2 ways now
1- Jtag receiver and click on flash programming, Select sa 30 and delete it 3 times, Hook receiver up to sat and let it restream

2 JY methed, Pull cover and locate sb39 and sb40, Hook sat up and plug in, Turn ird on and short those two points for about 12 seconds until it turns off, Let it restream.

Either way works fine.
