i have a good tsop backup for my 3100... had to reflash my ird but got programming failed message while programming the flash... i am using a buffered jtag that is very secure during the operation. Thx.

Keep the jtag cable as short as possible and if your jtag has a switch or jumper set it to write, If not gound pad 1 on the ird to enable write mode.
