I'm coming from another site where I can't seem to get a straight answer.

I just purchased a PVR508 that came with a yellow card. I want to test with a ROM10. I've read 3 or 4 different guides that explain the vid mod. One of the guides says if the 508 has the AM29DL323GT chip that it has to be removed. Mine has the AM29DL323GT chip (U7).

My question is this, What does it take to use a ROM10 in a PVR508 that has the AM29DL323GT chip?

I have the same unit. I am have problems reflashing. I got the two DL'd and the edit the box keys and Ird. Then erased and would not let me reflash. Any ideas.
