Which Connector Is The 110 Connected To On The SW21? If You Have The 110 Connected The The #2 Input On The Switch, When You Do A Test Switch, Does The 110 Show Up First Or Second On The Switch Detected Screen?

I think your dish aim is off. Your doing something like catching 110 with the 119 lnb and the other lnb is off in the stars not getting anything.

If You Have The 110 Hooked Up To The Number 2 Inputs On The SW21, It Should Show Up In The Second Set Of Boxes When You Test Switch. Your Azimuth Is Off. Take The SW21 Switch Out And Hook Up Just The 119 LNB (Marked On The Y Connector). Dial In The 119. Put The Switch Back In And The 110 Should Be There If You Skew And Elevation Is Correct. Also Make Sure Your Mast Is Plum.

Try this for grins, Once you have one sat locked, Take the two lnbs off and switch them around, See if one got goofed up in the move. I have also seen sw21's go bad a few times.

I think I had the same problem as you with my 7200.If the set-up screen is the same as mine. What I did was go into the dish pointing section and point the 119 then press done.Go back in and point the 110.When I went in to the dish 500 set-up menu it seemed to default to transponder 0 or transponder 11.Both of these transponder's were so weak it would not let me continue the set up.

Then I just did a switch set-up after I pointed the dishes without going into the dish 500 set-up menu.

The switch test passed after that and and took the update automaticly
