receiver on Jtags read all
now cant power up
wher did I go wrong ???

Jtaged the rec...
went to flash edit but must have blinked and erassed all
plugged in rec...no power /no light jtags dont recognize IRD
can't get anything...need help desparately.

is IRD DEAD??

Try this:
Reboot PC with jtag connected to printer port(not receiver/ird). Connect jtag to receiver, power up receiver, start jkeys. IF you can still jtag you are alright. Most jtagging errors are caused by bad connections to the receiver, take your time, do it right.

Samething happened to me when I tried to convert over to BEV with a 301.013 (doesn't work). Receiver was dead for two weeks. What worked for me is erasing the entire tsop 5X. Then loading a backup tsop file(if you don't have a backup, get one online from the files section(you will have to edit the downloaded file with flashedit). You MUST also virginize your EEPROM using flashedit software, then save it to your PC for later. program the EEPROM with the virgin you just made, use jkeys. If the TSOP file you loaded was valid then you should have free TV. Make a tsop backup in case this happens again. With backups you can always come back up within minutes. I learned the hard way.

You erased the bootstrap, Keep you jtag cable short, Get a new image, Gound pin 1 of the ird jtag port and reflash it. It will prob need to use slow mode as processor control is lost over the tsop, It takes about 6 hours and some patience, But will work again.

Are you sure you don't have a 301.013? All F's means your detecting, but the data is jumbled. Try using Jkeys 11, and scroll down to the 301/3100 (single flash). If its a .013 then your boxkeys will pop up.
