I just looked at it and what I dont understand is if you download a .pfg file (b/c im a newbie and wouldnt trust the ECM's with my luck) how can you add or delete tiers to get the channels you need? and whats all those numbers under FLASH and EEP. i could never encode that to add or delete tiers. there has to be a easier way so if someone can help. thanks.
