IRD and boxkeys are wrong on the card.
Here is how to reset locked IRD's:
This will reset your IRD back to default values.Your favourite lists will be erased as well as any other user setable option including the automatic acceptance of firmware updates. (Event timers, language, channel display order and all other user settable options may also be reset to default) Usually, this is used to reset lost passwords. You will have to reprogram these settings after the reset.
This sequence works for all current model irds (2700, 3100, 4700, 5100, 5800, 6000, etc)
Press the following keys on your remote
(Menu)
(6)
(3)
Within 4 seconds, press the following sequence
(info)
(Browse / Right Arrow >>> )
(Theme / Left Arrow <<< )
When the Device Status & Memory Dump screen appears press (tv/video) (if that doesn't work, then press the (info) button)
A "non-volatile memory corrupt" message should appear, if it does not, start over you need that message.
Once you get the proper message, unplug your reciever for a 15 seconds then plug it back in. Everything should be reset at this point.
IRD 2700 - Alternatively you can use the memory dump page to display a lost password. Scroll to line NVM 01C0.
Example: NVM 0001C0:0000000 00000000 34120000 00000000
The third set of numbers contains your password, the the number are in reversed pairs. Eg.if your password is 1234 they would read 3412.
IRD 3100 - Alternatively you can use the memory dump page to display a lost password. Scroll to line NVM 0320.
Example: NVM 000320:0000000 3X3X3X3X 00000000 00000000
The second column contains your password. Eg.if your password is 1234 they would read 31323334.
For the 1000 model ird (I don't have a 1000 to try it on but it should work):
Press the following keys on your remote
(menu)
(5)
Within 4 seconds, press the following sequence
(info)
(Right Arrow >>> )
(Left Arrow <<< )
When the Device Status & Memory Dump screen appears press (info) button. (if that doesn't work, then press the (tv/video) button) A "non-volatile memory corrupt" message should appear, if it does not, start over you need that message.
Once you get the proper message, unplug your reciever for a 15 seconds then plug it back in. Everything should be reset at this point.
I had this in my files, i didn't write it but they are the proper sequences, let me know how you make out bro
