020 Message help please

How do I get rid of 020 message wrong card inserted in receiver.
I am trying to switch to MC and when I insert the MC that is what I get.

Error #020 Is The IRD# On The Card Does Not Match The IRD# In The Tsop Of The Receiver.

Have loaded two different scripts on to rom 10 and added blocker get TV no problems except for every 3 -6 hours loose signal momentarly and get searching for signal nag while the 3100-10 reloads the information. WTF am I doing wrong. How can I get rid of this nag...TIA
