Never seen this problem before. Going to throw it out there in hopes that someone has an answer.
Buddy brought me a 3100 reciever, after he tore the lock out of it. The trace had a gouge, fixed it with silver conductive epoxy. No problem. But he had been playing around with his new jtag, and can't give me any definate answers as to what he was doing.
When I read his reciever I get mumbo jumbo in jkeys. Will post below hoping someone has a fix, or can suggest a solution.
