missing channels on 2700 help!!

I am missing channels on a 2700 using 3.5 lock 128 atmega new beastlord pfg. My sofware version is 766xxxxxx on the receiver. What version is this suppose to be? Is this the reason missing channels ppv porn. I have tried doing a update but nothing happends after a few minutes the power comes on by itself and yes I did turn eeprom lock off . Please help daves little orphan

797 is the current version, this is why ch are missing. back it up first as the update may hit your lock and you may need to go back.
