Buffered JTAG Schematic?

Hi all,

I am trying to build the buffer Jtag in the download section (link bellow). I looked at the schematic it says the value of capacitors are: 220 and 4.7 uF (Micro Farad).

However the text saying: 100, 4.7, 0.1 Micro Farad (or Pico Farad, can't really make out of the PDF picture). My guess is they're all Micro Farad though.

So my questions are:

1) Are they Micro Farad?
2) Is it 220 uF or 100 uF?

Should be all micro or UF. The 220 is fine, Caps have a wide + - margin anyway.
