need help quick with dish

someone is selling a HDTV triple lnb dish for DTV, I know the regular dishes are compatible but will this work with Dish Network? I would like to use it to get 2 sats and HDTV but I could also just use it as a dish 500. Please tell me if this is possible, I need to act quick.

I never had luck with these on dish, the singles work, but the triples I could never get working correctly. The multi sw is dif also if it has that with it.

Thanks, do you know the difference. I mean if a single works why not twin or triple? How do you aim the lnb's when they're all stuck together?

Usually done with a skew or turning them sideways adjustment
