dishpro 500 and 2700 reciever?

Guys I am in the final stages of getting my system together... I have dishpro 500 dish with 110 and 119 transp... and a 2700 ird.. with a rom 3 card. My question is .. when i hook up the dish, I understand it is to be to the 119 transponder. with only one cable ran will I be able to get both 119 and 110 birds? or do I need a switch ?

Yep, you need a SW21 (check ebay, there are tons of them there for about $10 shipped).

Unless I am mistaken, I don't think your 2700 ird will work with dishpro. You'll need a legacy adapter to make it work...

You will need a legacy lnb to work with that 2700 legacy receiver. If what peeps say is correct, Charlie really drills you with questions when you try to purchase an adaptor from him.

I thought I messed up.......... can you get an adapter anywhere else??ebay?

All non DP irds will not work with dp lnbs, Cannot control the switch. Get a dp pro adapter od a older 500 twin lnb or two single duals lnbs with a sw21.

They also make an integrated 500 quad lnb...if your lucky enough to find one.
