Hack BEV , there are a ton of PPV's but they still change the channels around and we have to watch the same boring commercial over & over & over & over but other than that , it's good LOL :cool:

Part of the problem is that sites that I previously trusted are now in the scam business. BE ALERT- Custom Satellite TV used to provide great service. When HU went down they immediately went into the business of selling their "P4 loader that would de-encrypt their P4 hack" yadda yadda yadda. Now their site redirects you to a site to buy pornography anonymously...I guess this is better than an outward scam, but still, I have been a businessman for 27 years and I have never seen as many overt attempts to separate the gullible from their money.

Some of the guys at Id are in the beginning stages of getting a dump, using a laser to saturate areas on the die to induce errors, trying to get repeatability. It isn't much, but it is real, and there are a few top minds in the hobby involved. In theory it will eventually work.It is being done with lots of skill and readily available canabalised hardware. A certain peep there I suspect has dumped it already, just wants others to independently do so as to spread the heat out as to the point of origin. I could be wrong and it might not amount to squat. If we do get her dumped, then the ability to write a aux hex and then an atmega type board or rs232 type emu using a pc is doable. No flames please, I am just telling what I read . Just take it fyi, don't like it, forget you read it.

I have been following these threads for a long time and must say there are some very creative people out there. I have been around satalite tv for a long time, since C band started scrambling .
Rumers ,threats and paranoia and of course just plain Bull s**t are the norm for this kind of business. The thing I leared is to be patiant and listen to the right people before spending a pile of money.
I have been working on the p4 for a while now . I have to say it is a hard one to crack. I get most of the channels now and some ppv .
This is what needs to be done you have to heat the chip with a propane torch a total of 43 seconds . This speeds up the molicules and fools the clock. You must imediatly insert the hot card into the reciever. However aplying heat for more then 43 sec may damage the card.
