I was trying to get something realtivly cheap I already have an MPEG 2 Hardware tv tuner so I was merely looking for something as either a standalone (a reciever) or something cheap in tv tuner card. How can you tell it can get encrypted data bev or dishnet or if it's possible to make it so it can get it?
