I have read on another forum that there is a site that will "help" you set up a legit Dave account from Canada.
Has anyone else heard of this?
If so can someone PM me the site as I'm not sure that the site I found via google is the right one.
I hate rogers cable content and might as well subscribe if I can, I'm going through DTV withdrawal.
Thanks,
alm
Why not test charlie instead? It's really not that hard once you get your mind wrapped around the how's and why's.
Sorry, I'm not aware of any reputable websites that handle grey market DTV subs, although I'm sure they're out there.

Already tried charlie with a FTA fortec receiver. It was up for 1 day before charlie sped up the streams and now I'm still waiting for a fix. Then I tried a Dp301.013 tried to put in an eeprom lock switch and fired the eeprom because I didn't put in a resistor.
No luck with Charlie so far.

As far as I Know. And I will state for the record that DTV is not available in Canada in terms of being legit.I mean you can always have a dummy mailbox and Us address but then again why would you.I feel that if your in this for a hobby settle for Charlie now since Dave is Down!
I believe there's a fortec fix out there now. ;)
