Ext. 726

I got a call ext 726 message on a tivo the other day and I cant find any info regarding what this message means. I am using a subbed P5. I dont want to call DTV till I know what it means. Has anyone seen this message before?

Your using a subbed card that has been out of stream for a while. The reason I know this is I called and asked that is what they told me. I explained had the dish on a big truck and that I had got hurt and did'nt work for a couple of months they updated it and started working right away. no questions asked.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, this doesnt work in my situation. The card is not the problem. I had a dual drive tivo and the power supply went on it. I replaced the PS and got the ext 726 nag. I put the original HD back in the tivo and I get my channels back again. I put the hacked drives in and i get the ext 726 message. I hate to do a clear and delete and lose all my recorded movies. Thanks for your reply.
