RTM Question

In the How to instructions after you check the tiers you want it says to do the following

Click the "Just Tiers, Keys..." checkbox
Enter your "ZIP Code"
Enter your "Time Zone"

I ask... where in the RTM program do you have the option to enter your Zip and Time Zone?

Am I missing something here or is this a misprint?

after you click on the create button, depending on what rom card you are creating for, it will ask you for the info then.
