You can't. You wil have to send it to someone who
has one of those couple thousand dollar unlocker/
unlooper units.

Most who offer these services charge 15 to 35 dollars
plus shipping. Card may or may not be marked luck
of the draw on that part.

I have never worked with BEV cards
But I have several That was made where I live or Close by & they never left the plant & are new Blank cards Will these help anyone ??? I would like to learn more on them myself as I have A large QT on hand ! can anyone help me & need any of these ??
