does anybody else have a problem with their remote not functioning i can't get it to work on either a 2700 or a 3100 tried two different remotes going to get one more and try.

got it under control first remote no good second remote put batteries in tried wouldn't do anything third remote workrf fine on both receivers went back to second remote found one battery put in backwards .must be a long day .
