2700 help!

flashed sa5 on a 2700 and now it won't pwer up..................any ideas?
should i reflash the tsop?

could some one shed some light on this for us have checked sevral diffrent fourms and sites and still nothing found thanks in advance :)

You erased SA5 on Flash 1, and then left it in the stream turned off (of course since it won't power on!) right? How long are you leaving them there? You need to leave them in the stream normally from 15-45 minutes, but sometimes it takes considerably longer (over night?) for some.
If all else fails, reflash the tsops, and re-write a virgin eeprom, fire up the receiver, if all is well, and location ID is no longer at 00000001, then go from there.
The intention of the quick ECM fix is so that you don't have to reflash the entire Tsop, the sector erase should force a download of the software from the satellite, but if it's not working, then reflash it.

I also have two 2700 receivers that are dead. And yes I have check the LNBF, the cable to the receiver. Download a new TSOP and check it out with FlashEdit for bad CRC. Reflash the receiver with a virgin eeprom. Have a good S 00 card number, the right box keys number. I have reflash with the old TSOP and old EEprom and still NO SIGNAL. I have try this at least 100 times on these receiver and still can't get them to work. Erased SA5 on the Flash that don't work, because you have to have a signal to get update. The point is if the receicer don't have a signal the receiver will not work. And yes all else has fail. And reflashing the TSOP and re-write a virgin EEprom don't work if the receiver don't get a SIGNAL. So if anyone can HELP please do. I have 7 other receiver that are work just fine with cards and Atmega it just these two 2700 what are a pain in the !#$%. LOL

001438, Well yes the other receivers do get a signal. And have erase the sectors, plug into the Sat cable, plug in the power cable on receiver,remove card, and wait for it to update for days. And still no signal.
