If You Didn't Remove The Original Tsop, I Think You Still Have To Disable It With +5V? I'll look Through My Docs And See If I Can Find The Info? You Will Have To Reprogram The EEprom With A Virgin Image From The Image You Flashed The 29AMF040B With.

If You Have About $300.00 Laying Around, Purchase A F040 Reader/Writer. Or, Do A Search For BoxKeys2 And Voltmeter. Best And Easiest Way Is To Get Them Off The Original Card That Came With The Receivers.

I'm in the same boat with a HTS 3500. I replaced the Sharp TSOP the U26 location with an AM29F040B to the U19 position. I removed the original TSOP and moved the resistor from R190 to R177 but it wil not power back up now. The dip was programmed with a confirmed good build flash and the flashed chip was put in another reciever and checked out OK. I have previusly did about 3 other of these recievers with no problems, didn't have to touch the EEprom at all. I begining to wonder if I should try to put the dip in the U26 location instread? Anyone else come across this problem?
I know at one time I had a doc for this procedure (TSOP to dip). Does anyone still have a copy of this doc they can post?
Thanks
