Make sure vimod is still working, sounds like the sector is still protected and the tsop can't take a full programming

You can read the entire tsop without having the vidmod on, but you can't program the entire thing or make changes to the protected sector. Pin 1 doesn't get grounded on a 301.13 vidmod, ground comes from the empty resistor pad.

Are you using a backup of your own tsop to reflash with, or a public dump from somewhere?

Are you using a buffered or unbuffered jtag? If buffered put brand new batteries in it.

Make sure you have the correct version of jkeys. I have seen 3 different kinds that are supposed to be for the 301.13 Only one out of those three worked for me.

And double check the vidmod circuit. I suggest using a 12 volt regulator IC instead of the diode . Worked great for me. You can get one at Rad Shk.

No need in reflashing eeprom if it's working.
