I have a 20" dish 500 dish, a dish pro head( has 2 outputs) I believe its a dish pro twin, and I have a 3700 ird and a 3800 ird. I just started learning about Charlie and have been reading tons! I am only getting a few channels on 119 bird and none on the 110 bird. Receivers say searching for signal on certain transponders. This lnb is supposed to be switched internally, right ? What am I doing wrong?

Leagacy Receivers Are NOT Compatable With DP LNB's.
It Would Be Cheaper To Purchase A Legacy Twin LNB Vs Two DishPro Adapters @ About $75.00 Each.

Right, DishPro equipment will not work with Non-DishPro receivers. You're only going to get Odd transponders on either the 110 or 119 sat. You need to change that DP Twin out for a Dish500 Twin or 2 seperate Dish LNB's (get the dual output LNB's if possible, it will give you more options.) Also, you will need at least a SW21 switch. There are a ton of such available on ebay, just don't pay too much.
Optionally, you could sell that receiver and get a DP301 or 501 and keep the DP LNB's.
