Silver Bullet info

I just bought the Silver Bullet, but there is no support on how to install or set up this system...has anyone got any info on dish set-up, public keys to download or receiver set up? Any help is much appreciated.

The fortecstar is one they look for pansat 2300a also if you go with newer units the support is lacking the two I listed can use the same files just the remotes are needed if you swap files pansat 2300a cost 220.00 on ebay the stars are going for 350-400.
