ok, i have a 301/10 and 2800, cards are ready to go, followed direction to the "T", now how can i protect the irds from ecm, what are the options, what can i do with just a jtag?

i used the Bird A23 blocker, that is the cam blocker, correct?

well i got it all up and going, 5 min ird got ecm'ed, so i jtagedand followed ecm directions, was up again just fine, 5 min ecm'ed again, what do i do, or didn't i do to prevent this?

I suspect that you're getting hit due to not having a valid CAM ID. Try a diff one.

BTW...what error msg # are you getting? ie: error 151, 153, etc?

i think it was one of those, but i can't pull it up now, it only lists channel 101, so how do i go about getting a valid cam id? sorry very new to this, thank you for the help

ok i re wrote eveything to the card, from scratch, i used the birda23 blocker, but noticed the cam changed from what i added from scammer, is there a cam id in the blocker, and do i change it after i write to card, then rewrite?, and if that's the caes, how do i go about that, do i have to redo the p/w for the card?
i know, i know so many questions, but when i get it all, like when i was with dtv, i'll help as i can, thank you guys very much

I've never tried that blocker but after applying the blocker patch, go back to Data Editor. If the CAM ID has changed, re-enter it in all 3 spaces. Then write to card.

Did you create a tier list with a tier generator like RTM, Mini-RTM, TierGen, YATM, etc, and add that before the blocker?
If you didn't add tiers, there's not going to be a whole lot for you to watch.

i followed mili's directions to the t used rtm, patched that in, patched the blocker in , used scammer, wrote that in, i am locked on 110 and 119, did the check switch, and installed dish 500, clicked add ppv and tiers, but right now, i don't gat all the channels, nor can i order ppv, but its up, i'm not complaining, this site rocks, just curious what i may have done wrong, or what more can i do to get it all

ok my stupidity, i forgot to do a check switch, so i got all, but tried to order ppv, and got the 153 message,and address 0000001, so i know i'm doing this right, i open jkeys, erase the two addy for 301/10, let the system update, is that all i do to the box? do i do anything to the card, except try another camm id?

Hey man...I had the same problem. Here is what I did...on the back of the card is a number. S 00 0598 1259 65 (example only). This is your cam ID. Take 0598 1259 and convert it to Hex. The hex number must be 8 characters. If it is not add zero's to the front of it...I've been up and running for three days now...

i used this file, but can't get ppv,(it is up and going for a few hours now) is there something i need to do, click, add, wipe, i have to say, this is the best site, everyone is so helpfull, as i learn, i will other newbies like myself, thank you, everyone so much

also, when i ran jkeys, all i did was get the keys off the ird, i changed nothing did nothing, is there something i should have done? when my ird addy came up as 000001 i just followed milis instruct and erased both addys as directed and let the sytem upgrade, that's the only thing i have done to the ird

I think you have just gotten a wrong PPV string.
Look for the PPV How to. You'll probably have to add it in if it's missing.
If you look at the image of what is on the card, (hopefully you saved an image after writing it to the card) then you can load that in NagraEdit, and go to the Tiers Tab. Do you have a PPV tier there? It would be one or more starting with 0B (zero bee). It would also be in the 'Card Tier List', not the 'Master Tier List'.
If so, click on that string to select it, and tell us what the 'Lowest PPV ID' and the 'Highest PPV ID' are.
