do all the recievers have jtag port?

On your list.... the 1000 and 5000. Are these boxes similar to the 2200 box with no Jtag port.
I have a 2200 and was able to test with it using Xcell to extract the box keys.
Can I do the same with these?
I have a chance to pick up one of each of these, and anxious to know if they are usuable for testing.
