You can't do anything with that model 311 yet. And no, they don't have a card. I would think this is a bad way for Charlie to go because once someone figures out how to beat a CAM-less IRD they are home free.

Also I always stress, Do not hack subbed charlie equipment, Read in the fine print in the contract " Dishnet retains ownership and can request it back anytime"

Buy something outright to test with and be safe.....

Furthermore, at no point do you own the access card. When they say 'Conditional Access Module', they mean it in more ways than one. The CAM will always belong to the company; NDS, Nagra or Dave. When you alter the programming on the card it is a whole seperate offence from illicit signal decryption.
