I tried forever to get signal with my dish500, never succeeded, only to find I could not use the DishPro LNB (have a 2700) so I tried replacing the LNB with dual Dave LNBs but no love either. Can get 110 or 119 no problem with dave dish. So I have it on 119 for now, working OK.

My question is can I put a Dave LNB on the dish500 without the adapter for the Twin Pro LNB and get a signal on 110? I already have the SW21 to combine signals but need to know if the dish is even shaped right to do this.

Short answer is yes and I think there is some info on the site. Do a search for "superdish" and see if it helps.
