3700 ird problem

You can try to reflash the TSOP, worked for me. But I still cant get rid of the 151 nag. Im wondering if there is too much solder. My We# 259 is hanging my the brass thread sticking up. I could remove an inch of wire but dont think that would help either. The minute of TV I get before 151 error drives me hard to fix this. good luck
