I finally got my 301 receiver to work and got my card programmed.
I am up and watching TV.
Now for the card questions.
I am using a digital lock on my receiver.
I have looked at the rtm118d file and actually messed around with making a file for a rom3.
The way it looks to be is you can have up to 78 tiers and add a ppv string for ppv's.
It also adds a blocker.
Then do you just patch this to your card?
Is it safe to use this blocker?
Why have private blocker support.
What are the meanings of ppv high low etc.
