I have a brand new in the box Direct TV Oval dish with the three LNB's. My question can I aim it at the 110 & 119 Dish Network birds and get it to work with my Dish 3700 receiver??

I have several DTV dishes and a SW-21 switch so I could aim one at 110 and one at 119 and connect with the SW-21 but I would prefer to only have one dish. I do have a Dish 500 with 2 LNB's but I am told it will not work with the Dish Network 3700 receivrs. I have a pair of the NEW CARDLESS Dish Model #311 and I have purchased another receiver so as to do some TESTING.

THANKS!! :)

If the DTV oval dish is brand new, and has all three LNB's in a single unit, then no, you can't use it. If it is one of the older models that came with 2 LNBs (at 119 and 101) and had the sapce in the center for a Sat C kit (lnb at 110) then yes, you an use that. If it is one of the three separate LNB modles, you'll have to remove the center LNB, as it is not compatible.
You would then move the LNB at the 101 position, and move it to the 110 position where the Sat C LNB was.
If the Dish 500 is not a DishPro model (The LNB housing will have a DP on it), then it will work perfectly well with the 3700. If it is a DishPro, then no, it won't work right with that receiver.
