I have become the new owner of a 3900 IRD and the ROM 10 card that was in the IRD. The previous owner was turned off by Charlie for nonpayment of the bill over two years ago!

My questions are . . .

Can this equipment be utilized and what would be required to do this?

Could the equipment be used with a magic card?

What are the procedures I need to implement to use this equipment?

Damn it is good to come to this site and read and learn from the "experts"!
