EEPROM Lock on a 301.013 ?

Looking for the location on the PCB for the EEPROM, #'s on the chip are very light.
Can some give me a location or idea where to look on the board, and I 'll take it from there.

Also what is the best method for lifting the leg on that chip a hot air pencil?
