is there anything that works for the avr3's
-i don't have a plastic rom card to put in it but is there any file out there that works for them for either dish or bev without the card
-pleas any help would be appreciated :)

You can use it for emulation without a card in it..

You will need a spare computer (p-75 or higher will be fine) and a cable going from the com port on the computer to your avr board.

Read up on emulation.
