only 4 PPV'a on 2700 sat 119?

Forgive me, I am new to this...
but I am only getting 4 PPV's on my atmega 128 with a 2700 receiver on sat 119
is this correct?
my firmware says:

software version : X797CASD-N

I left it all night to take updates ( it was at 717 or something like that )

is the receiver behind and need to be updated again, or is this there something else wrong?

That is all you can get on 119. If you want more you will have to go to 110 and 119 setup.

what type of equipment do I need?
can I use my 2700 receiver?
do I need a special dish?
