dead 2700 error

hi bad dood i got a 2700 when i try to jtag i got this error reading from ird (duc peek) and no green light can some one tell me which program to use to write back the tsop i did it with a 301 and it work fine i used a program call wall2.0 for the 301
what program for a 2700
