nagraedit?

I have been testing (and reading) for six weeks and I cannot find any good info on nagraedit like how to use it maybee intruction manual?One of my worries is when to pull out the card, say right after I read the card.Because there is no stop or clear or what every?I do not want to hurt my card?I have read all the info on how to program the card's but it looks like there is alot more to nagraedit than that. Any info would be great. :) :)

Open Nagaredit and click on help, It has a extensive help topic guide in it.
