switch is a digital lock, keep it locked.
You have something wrong and that ppv thing does not sound right.
Post what program you are using to write tiers, and the blocker you are using

151 is a lock problem, not your card. Either the lock is installed wrong, Or the receiver took a update and the lock was too old and hit.
