Help with 2700 reciever and error 20

I have a 2700 reciever and a rom 3 card that did not come in the reciever. The one that came with has a back door lock on it. I had a rom 3 card with a rev at 372 and this is the card I am using. I bought the rom 3 private blocker script from this site. I followed the directions that came with the script. Everything went ok ontill I put the card in the receiver. Then I got E 20 card not for this receiver. I used a jtag and change my ird # to hex. When I entered the hex number into Nagraedit 4.0 I reveresed there order last to first. Tried this 5 times still same error. Do I have to do something to the reciver to make it take a card that did not come with it?
Testing HU was a lot easier.

a little vague there, but perhaps this will help. U should make sure that the IRD# matches that of the recvr. U should insure that the boxkeys also match. You should make sure u have the latest public keys.

If You Entered The IRD# In The Data Editor, You Don't Reverse It. I.E., 01 23 45 67, Not 67 45 23 01.
